About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Platform execution office team. This team is primarily dedicated to scaling the Nebius Cloud Platform, expanding both the number of regions and their capacity, while also supporting the next generation of hardware. When necessary, the team also handles projects from various domains that require extensive cross-team collaboration and an in-depth understanding of the Platform from multiple perspectives.
In this role, you will oversee large-scale initiatives that impact the entire Nebius Cloud Platform, coordinating efforts among hundreds of engineers and stakeholders from both technical and business sectors. You will need to navigate and align the requirements of the Cloud Platform team, Data Center & Hardware team, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage cross-team projects, defining and communicating objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and implement procedural and technical changes.
- Meet tight deadlines while prioritizing competing tasks.
- Establish new processes and ensure their repeatability.
- Align the interests and needs of stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
