Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dialpad. You will play a crucial role in scaling our technical teams by managing and supporting the full lifecycle of recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design. Additionally, you will have the chance to extend your support to other non-EPD functions within the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier talent, while cultivating strong partnerships with hiring managers. By implementing a consistent and data-driven approach, you will help ensure we attract the best candidates to drive our growth.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and offers the flexibility to work from our Buenos Aires, Argentina office. This is a 6-month contract with immediate availability.
