About the Role
Join Apollo’s Poland office, one of our most technically skilled and cohesive engineering hubs. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to take charge of the entire hiring process for our Poland team. This is a permanent, standalone role that grants you significant autonomy and ownership, allowing you to make a real impact on how we cultivate one of Apollo’s most vital technical sites.
This position extends beyond traditional recruiting tasks. You will operate at a system level, designing and enhancing the hiring process in Poland, serving as a trusted advisor to Engineering leaders, building Apollo’s employer brand in the local market, and integrating AI-driven workflows into your strategies. Bring your own playbook, adapt it to our context, and continuously improve our processes.
In addition to recruiting, you will collaborate with Apollo's People Operations team in Poland to enhance the overall employee experience. Together, you will ensure that Poland-based employees receive exceptional support and that our people processes function efficiently.
