Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and curate content for internal audiences through Confluence.
• Work collaboratively with program managers, cross-functional teams, and quality assurance engineers to research, author, and refine documentation.
• Design documentation frameworks, timelines, and plans.
• Utilize Confluence effectively to create, organize, and publish high-quality materials punctually.
• Produce web pages and supplementary materials as required.
