Spring Health is on the lookout for a Senior UX Researcher whose insights will enhance the experience for individuals seeking mental health services for themselves and their families. You will be part of an engaged cross-functional Product team, focused on measurable outcomes, and empowered to influence key performance indicators and business results. As a hands-on, collaborative researcher, you will take ownership and drive impact alongside our expanding UX Research team.
Please note this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
