Qualifications
What Will You Do? Design and lead comprehensive tagging and tracking strategies for AXS digital properties; develop, construct, test, and deploy tags, triggers, and variables using Adobe Data Collection to guarantee precise and consistent data acquisition. Oversee daily management of data collection integrity, including assessment, quality assurance, and enhancement. Act as the primary analytical liaison for internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design) to coordinate data collection that aligns with business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Create data feeds and pipelines from core collection systems (Adobe Analytics and Rudderstack) and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data into downstream systems. Manage daily technical data governance and quality assurance audits for analytics setup, validate tracking accuracy, and uphold data integrity across all platforms and environments. Examine web and mobile performance metrics using Adobe Analytics or other digital platforms to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting engagement, traffic, and conversion.

The Role

This position is pivotal as a collaborator with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, responsible for crafting tracking frameworks, analyzing user behavior, and converting complex data into actionable insights aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing conversion rates. In this role, you will lead the implementation of analytics tools, manage tag operations, and deliver both recurring reports and tailored analyses to align with business objectives.
