Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in backend software development, with a specialization in identity and access management, security, or similar domains. Expertise in C# application and background service development. Familiarity with MSI Application packaging using the Wix toolset. Proficient in deploying and managing Active Directory domains and forests, with an understanding of trust relationships and complex multi-domain forests preferred. Experience troubleshooting Kerberos and LDAP/S connectivity/authentication issues. Knowledge of SMB protocol, DFS, and NAS configuration, including an understanding of SMB permissions, directory ownership, and inheritance. Working familiarity with MSTest framework and Windows performance monitoring tools. Understanding of Windows Server security best practices. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and sustain backend services and APIs for our IAM platform, prioritizing high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work in synergy with product managers, fellow engineers, and security specialists to create product features aligned with business goals and security protocols.
  • Design and maintain Access Intelligence features to extract actionable insights from customer environments.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management features including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.
  • Integrate logging, monitoring, and auditing functionalities to guarantee compliance and visibility with regulatory standards.
  • Continuously enhance platform performance, security, and scalability through rigorous code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance our platform.
