Your Role and Responsibilities
In the position of Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team that ensures the successful implementation of Axon Enterprise’s products, including Axon Evidence, software solutions, and hardware sensors. Your leadership will guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and deployment processes, ensuring each solution is tailored to meet their operational needs.
Beyond project delivery, you will focus on creating outstanding customer experiences throughout the implementation journey. You will ensure your team anticipates customer needs, communicates effectively, and eliminates obstacles, enabling agencies to swiftly realize the full potential of Axon’s technology. Through your leadership, you will nurture a culture of pride in not just the outcomes, but the collaborative spirit and care with which they are delivered.
