With our innovative solutions in building, room, and energy management automation, we make buildings smart and efficient. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Service Technician for exciting and diverse projects in and around the Hamburg area.

  • Independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on MSR and building automation systems on-site at customer locations.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to automation stations, control cabinets, as well as management and control units, ensuring reliable system operation.
  • Parameterize and optimize standardized software applications in a service context and conduct functional tests on existing systems.
  • Engage in technical consultations with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, and participate in service and project meetings.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries, provide advice on optimization and expansion opportunities, and coordinate external services.
  • Document service interventions thoroughly and transparently, prepare service reports, and accompany handover processes post-service or retrofitting measures.
