Role Overview: Services Sales Account Executive

This pivotal role at Extreme Networks involves collaborating with both internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction. While the primary focus is on the end-user, transactions will occur through our channel partners, as we are a channel-centric organization. Ideal candidates will possess a background in Services Sales Engineering and are eager to develop their sales acumen while transitioning into a Services Account Management position. A key responsibility will be to demonstrate our innovative platform's features to both existing and prospective customers, highlighting its value and facilitating their transition to our new platform. The selected candidate will work alongside local teams to deliver service solutions across various sectors from Extreme Networks’ offerings. You will cultivate a reputation as a ‘Trusted Provider’ among customers and channel partners, driving the Service Solutions pipeline and engaging with both existing and new clients. The role will cover customer interactions throughout Japan.

Effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns is critical, requiring prompt responsiveness and the ability to offer solutions that align with our profitable business model. Close collaboration with the Sales Teams and channel partners is essential to delivering exceptional support to our end-user customers.
