Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, also referred to as Area Directors, to initiate, expand, and manage a Stroll publication in your local area. As a local publisher, you will drive revenue, forge partnerships with local businesses, and craft a magazine that captures the essence of your community. Your initial focus will be on establishing your territory and building a robust client base, leading to the ownership of an asset that you cultivate. This hybrid role offers a blend of community engagement and the flexibility of working from a home office. Who You Are Entrepreneurial and self-motivated: energized by the prospect of building rather than just maintaining. A natural connector with consultative sales instincts. What You'll Do Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships. Build meaningful relationships within the community utilizing a proven engagement model. Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication. Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content. Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations. Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and continual support. Be the face of Stroll in your market, leading the growth of your publication.
