Join our dynamic team at assist-world as an accomplished Short-Term Rental Property Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our expanding short-term rental portfolio. We seek a motivated individual capable of working autonomously, resolving challenges proactively, and delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Communication
- Oversee all guest communication from initial inquiry to checkout.
- Address issues, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain a 5-star review standard and resolve any negative guest experiences.
Cleaner & Turnover Management
- Coordinate cleaning schedules using platforms like Turno or equivalents.
- Ensure properties are fully prepared and guest-ready prior to check-in.
- Communicate directly with cleaning staff regarding any issues or re-cleaning needs.
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
- Schedule and manage maintenance requests efficiently.
- Source vendors for various services (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and ensure timely issue resolution.
Review Management
- Monitor guest reviews and respond appropriately.
- Work to remove unfair or policy-violating reviews.
- Handle guest follow-ups and process refunds when necessary.
Operations & Optimization
- Assist in adjusting pricing through tools like PriceLabs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor property listings and promptly flag operational concerns.
