As a Site Lead, you will spearhead the operational support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. Your responsibilities will include leading the planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring they align with project goals, timelines, and budgets. You will act as the primary liaison for your workstream, fostering collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. You will oversee all stages of deployment, from pre-deployment to go-live and post-deployment optimization.

Core Competencies:
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and sustain momentum on deliverables. Build trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure smooth management of deployment activities. Develop a solid understanding of the client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Assist in preparing deliverables such as data analyses, presentations, written materials, and other documentation to facilitate decision-making and drive progress. Document and escalate any patient safety issues that arise during or after deployment through appropriate channels for timely resolution.

Coordinate and support triage efforts, including events, forums, and incident management workflows.
