How This Role Makes a Difference

The Site Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Lake Charles research site. This position involves direct management of site personnel and accountability for study execution, documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance.

The Site Manager actively participates in the execution of complex clinical trials while ensuring that the broader team consistently meets high standards of protocol adherence and patient care. This role collaborates closely with the Principal Investigator, who maintains medical and regulatory authority over clinical decisions.
