As a Site Manager at Adsbøll Entreprise, you will have a unique opportunity to oversee the construction management of an exciting project right from the ground up. Following the completion of this project, you can expect to take charge of another thrilling endeavor.
Your Responsibilities
We expect you to embrace the responsibilities associated with executing complex new builds. In addition to managing the construction process on-site, we anticipate you will take charge of the following tasks:
- Planning and executing construction cases
- Conducting meetings with subcontractors and project managers
- Project optimization, supervision, and ensuring safety on-site
- Scheduling, follow-up, and evaluation
- Logistics planning related to the construction site

Your Profile
You hold a relevant theoretical degree as a building constructor or civil engineer. You possess managerial experience, preferably with complex technical construction projects. Experience with high-rise construction is a plus. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding of digital construction and the use of various tools, such as location-based planning and AR technology (e.g., Dalux).
Your negotiation skills and assertiveness lead to effective solutions for us and our partners. You excel at multitasking and possess excellent planning abilities, which you can demonstrate with practical examples. Building at height demands a keen awareness of detail, especially as overlooking a detail on the 15th floor can be costly. Through your well-developed communication skills, you will guide and lead the project and involved parties safely toward the goal. You are driven by both responsibility and challenges.
