Job Title: Skilled AutoCAD Drafter

The perfect candidate will exhibit a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD software, coupled with substantial experience in drafting electric and plumbing plans as well as foundational elevation designs. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise and comprehensive technical drawings that are essential for our construction and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for a variety of projects, including electric and plumbing plans, as well as basic elevation designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and fellow team members to refine and enhance project drawings.
- Guarantee that all drawings are accurate, thorough, and comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Review and modify existing drawings to incorporate changes and updates.
- Assist in creating project documentation and reports.
- Maintain organized and accessible records of all drawings and associated documents.
- Engage effectively with project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an AutoCAD Drafter, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs.
- Expertise in AutoCAD software.
- Robust understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in technical drawing creation.
- Able to interpret and comprehend technical specifications and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
