Your Responsibilities

As a member of the SMB (Small Medium Business) team in Manchester City Centre, you will engage in high-velocity, desk-based relationship management, serving as the primary consultant for our diverse partner portfolio to ensure their long-term success.

Here’s a glimpse into your daily activities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts through a desk-based model, driving growth via phone, email, and video presentations.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain favorable, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and customized support.

  • Campaign Implementation: Launch national and local marketing initiatives to enhance key performance indicators, such as order volume, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Consultative Guidance: Advise partners on how to deliver the best customer experience and leverage our latest technologies and benefits.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between your restaurant partners and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our solutions align with their specific requirements.
