Education: Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client engagement and sales, with a strong background as a commercial advisor in technology, intangible services, or telecommunications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in client management processes and intangible sales, familiarity with technology and social media. Competencies: Results-oriented, perseverance, flexibility, customer focus, business acumen, active listening, strategic thinking, persuasion, and critical thinking.

Job Purpose:

The SME Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the commercial management of the Business Unit (BU) focused on the SME segment. This role aims to achieve three key objectives by engaging with clients: validating the product offerings, understanding current client solutions to their challenges, and gathering insights to refine our product portfolio. The insights gathered will contribute to our roadmap for enhancements and the evaluation of new services, ultimately aiming to boost market share, increase sales, and improve portfolio profitability.

Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with the assigned Revenue Recognition Budget.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clients within this business unit.
  • Conduct client meetings to validate product effectiveness.
  • Provide the team with insights from client interactions regarding their needs and business models to enhance products and services.
  • Maintain and grow revenue from the existing client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster business relationships with decision-makers beyond the relevant department.
  • Create, propose, and manage a portfolio of current and potential clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business model to obtain crucial information that can enhance our offerings while quickly identifying their needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the market to develop prioritization plans based on industry potential, historical service investment, and alignment with our solution portfolio.
  • Validate the effectiveness of the products being offered to clients.
  • Understand the client's value chain, key market differentiators, and strategic challenges, including competitor behavior.
