We are excited to invite a highly skilled and experienced SOC Leader to join our dynamic team! This pivotal role will oversee BGM’s SOC delivery function, encompassing the execution of comprehensive SOC Audits, evaluating and testing results, and providing insightful feedback to our clients. We are particularly interested in candidates who are not only equipped with the necessary skills but also possess a strong desire to establish a new line of business from the ground up in collaboration with our team. This position will require someone ready to leverage their expertise in developing robust business strategies, processes, and procedures. Initially, the candidate should be prepared to work autonomously while building a new department. In the long run, they will need the capability to select, train, and inspire a team of qualified professionals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of SOC1, SOC2, and SOC3 Audits with a strong command of one or more of these reporting options.
