Join dexmate as a Social & Community Manager, where your mission will be to elevate our brand voice, establish a significant presence in the industry, and connect with our expanding audience.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our representation across social media platforms and within technical communities, transforming our technology into captivating and accessible content while fostering enduring trust with developers, engineers, and enterprise clients.
You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Leadership teams to ensure that our messaging is consistently delivered and effectively reaches our target audience.
What You'll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Oversee and enhance dexmate’s presence on key social media platforms
Develop and implement a cohesive content calendar that aligns with overall marketing strategies
Create and optimize posts to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate traffic
Spot and leverage high-impact or viral content opportunities, collaborating with the Content team to develop and promote them
Content Amplification
Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to disseminate:
Product launches
Case studies
Demo videos
Thought leadership articles
Transform technical content into engaging, platform-specific formats
Community Building & Engagement
Craft strategies to expand our community while ensuring quality interactions and alignment with dexmate’s brand ethos
Foster and maintain a dynamic community of developers, engineers, and industry experts
Actively engage with community members online to encourage meaningful discussions
Monitor, respond to, and facilitate conversations to sustain a vibrant, active community
Identify, nurture, and cultivate relationships with early adopters, advocates, and partners
Plan and execute activities, events, and initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and growth
Brand Voice & Storytelling
Contribute to defining and upholding a consistent, authentic brand voice
Ensure all social communications reflect dexmate’s positioning and values
