Your Responsibilities:

As the Social Media Executive, you will spearhead the management and expansion of our social media footprint, ensuring our brand stays ahead of digital trends. Your unique creativity and personality will be integral as you:

  • Produce dynamic, engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and more, including hosting TikTok Live sessions.

  • Conduct live sessions across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to promote products, interact with followers, and foster brand loyalty.

  • Create and curate social media content (videos, images, captions, etc.) that resonates with our brand voice and current trends.

  • Design and implement social media campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

  • Facilitate community engagement by promptly and authentically responding to comments, messages, and other interactions.

  • Evaluate social media metrics to monitor performance, generate insights, and refine content strategies.

  • Collaborate with our PR and Marketing teams to document events and behind-the-scenes activities.

  • Assist in identifying content creators aligned with our brand for user-generated content as part of our content rollout strategy, supporting paid ads, social media content, and eCommerce initiatives. Stay informed on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure National Beauty remains at the forefront of digital marketing.


Qualifications We Seek:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Confident in front of the camera, including during live streams and recorded segments.

  • Excellent storytelling abilities with a knack for engaging audiences through video and written content.

  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and an understanding of viral content strategies.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
