Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Marketing Manager, where you will spearhead our social media strategies and affiliate marketing initiatives across pivotal platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is perfect for a self-starter who views social media as a powerful growth channel, dedicated to experimenting with formats, honing copy, enhancing performance, and driving tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling, platform-specific copy including short-form hooks, captions, CTAs, and comment prompts.
- Design and oversee a strategic social media calendar that promotes brand visibility, educates audiences, fosters community engagement, and drives conversions.
- Consistently schedule and publish content in alignment with a structured testing plan.
- Establish testing frameworks for creative elements, posting frequencies, and thematic concepts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to translate content inflow into a streamlined and effective publishing schedule. Note: Content creation is not required from this role.
- Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies swiftly based on insights.
- Provide concise weekly performance reports detailing published content, performance insights, and upcoming testing initiatives.
- Participate in weekly sync-ups with leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Availability for significant overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media strategy, content operations, or growth-focused social initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing creators or affiliates with measurable outcomes in areas such as traffic generation, sales, or content production velocity.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities and a knack for creating engaging hooks.
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), lifestyle, or home products industries.
- Familiarity with creator management platforms (Aspire, GRIN, Upfluence, etc.) and affiliate marketing tools.
- Proven experience with YouTube Shorts strategy, including repurposing and original content.
- Proficiency with tools including Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Manychat, Planoly, Buffer), tracking and reporting (e.g., Google Sheets, GA4 basics, affiliate dashboards), and project management (Asana preferred).
