Fluency in English is essential. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the IT industry. Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge about our products and business solutions. Excellent time management skills and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in building relationships quickly and effectively. Strong technical skills and in-depth product knowledge.

As a Software Account Manager at adree, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential sales leads, scheduling appointments to showcase our innovative software solutions.
  • Transforming qualified prospects into valuable opportunities, thus enhancing our revenue pipeline.
  • Managing a designated territory, which encompasses account relationships, prospect profiling, and navigating the sales cycle.
  • Keeping meticulous records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Engaging in strategic negotiations with both potential and existing clients to secure sales closures.
  • Timely generation and submission of sales reports to track progress and performance.
  • Building and nurturing positive business relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Providing management with insights on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Driving demand generation, pipeline, and opportunity management initiatives.
  • Proactively seeking new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Preparing and delivering impactful presentations on our products and services.
  • Defining pricing structures and discount rates with higher management approval.
  • Utilizing CRM tools to follow up on projects and cases related to customer accounts.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.
