As a Software Business Analyst at ssc-hr, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and our technical team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that both business processes and technological solutions align with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, facilitating effective communication, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Develop clear and actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) outlining processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assist in strategic planning.
- Create comprehensive reporting and performance metrics to evaluate project success.
- Act as a mediator and facilitator in stakeholder meetings to ensure consensus and alignment.
