Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support and maintenance for large-scale software applications and projects.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new users by providing comprehensive guidance and documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records of support cases, detailing actions taken and outcomes, through appropriate ticketing or issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, conduct analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively tackle technical challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL & relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server 2012 or later.
- Solid understanding and experience with Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with web applications, specifically Angular for front-end and . NET Core for back-end.
- Experience in integration, functional, and UI automation testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Fluent in both Greek and English.
