About the Role:
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Sales Engineering and Deployment team. In this role, you will guide clients from initial technical exploration to successful implementation. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, you will utilize your expertise to help customers grasp DeepJudge's capabilities and ensure they achieve rapid value.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery sessions and articulate solution architectures to prospects, demonstrating how our platform integrates into their existing infrastructure, systems, and security protocols.
Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to establish objectives, requirements, integration necessities, and criteria for success.
Configure platform settings to tailor the solution according to customer needs during the implementation phase.
Develop high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration and deployment manuals, and implementation plans.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring they receive the support needed for successful deployment.
