The Solution Manager for Converged Security is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, and market launch of integrated physical/OT/IT security services. You will lead customer co-innovation, manage projects and products, and drive go-to-market activities, thought leadership, and scalable implementations.

Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a vision and roadmap for integrated security services (physical, OT, IT); conduct market and competitive analyses to prioritize offerings.
Customer Co-Innovation: Lead design-thinking workshops and co-innovation sessions to identify customer needs and pain points, followed by implementation into pilot projects; collaborate closely with customers, teams, and partners for solution optimization.
Solution Development & Implementation: Specify technical requirements for dashboards, analytics, automated workflows, etc., and contribute to the integration of sensor data, OT telemetry, and IT security feeds. Oversee pilot projects including planning, conducting trials, gathering feedback, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and industry standards.
Project & Product Management: Manage interdisciplinary teams using agile or hybrid methods; oversee backlogs, sprints, releases, budgets, and timelines, as well as KPI tracking (acceptance, ROI, time-to-value, customer satisfaction).
Go-to-Market & Enablement: Develop market entry strategies for target segments (e.g., critical infrastructure, healthcare). Create sales and marketing materials and train internal teams (sales, presales, services) and partners, conduct digital campaigns, webinars, etc.
Thought Leadership & External Engagement: Position the company as a thought leader in the field of converged security externally;
Rollout & Scaling: Plan scalable rollouts and establish continuous improvement processes.
