Mission

We are seeking seasoned pre-sales professionals with a proven history of guiding large enterprises towards data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will define and steer the technical strategy for our most significant accounts, fostering the broader adoption of our innovative products, as well as machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and leadership will be essential in maximizing success within these accounts. You will engage with a team of skilled resources who will develop proofs of concept and showcase Databricks' products, while you maintain a strong technical understanding of ML and AI applications relevant to High Tech and Manufacturing sectors.

Outcomes

  • Act as the primary technical representative for Databricks with multiple clients.
  • Guide customers on their transformative journey, assisting them in evaluating and incorporating Databricks into their strategic plans.
  • Execute the technical strategy within accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
  • Foster a network of technical advocates within client organizations.
  • Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions.
  • Provide structured mentorship to team members.
  • Earn the respect of colleagues through your insights and contributions.

Competencies:

  • Expertise in establishing and leading virtual teams to achieve success within accounts.
  • Experience managing large global accounts with revenues exceeding $1 million annually.
  • Ability to build relationships with executives and key influencers.
  • Present compelling arguments to decision-makers to guide them towards successful outcomes.
  • Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in driving data-driven business transformation.
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
  • Preferred: Databricks Certification.
