Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and customer-oriented Solutions Architect to spearhead the post-sale implementation and technical integration of our platform within client environments. This pivotal role operates at the nexus of Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market strategies, reporting directly to the Head of Go-To-Market. You will design and execute solutions tailored to the unique data architectures, workflows, and dashboards of our clients, ensuring that our platform is seamlessly integrated into their operational framework.
Your responsibility will include translating complex client requirements into scalable, elegant solutions that yield measurable business outcomes. In our hyper-growth environment, you will help define our implementation standards, create repeatable frameworks, and transform singular client challenges into opportunities for product and process enhancements.
