Your Role
As a Solutions Architect at Dialpad, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless onboarding experience from day one. Your problem-solving skills and genuine desire to assist will be critical as you guide clients through every stage of their journey with us. You will serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical consulting and support, ultimately delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
This position reports to the Manager of Solutions Architecture and requires availability to work US hours.
