Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives, functioning as a cohesive team. Your primary responsibility will focus on our AI Contract Repository product, while also contributing to our AI Contract Review solution. Engaging extensively with customer stakeholders, you will lead technical evaluations and discovery sessions, design and demonstrate tailored solutions, advise on best practices, and help organizations operationalize AI-driven contract intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Request for Proposals (RFPs), security questionnaires, and technical evaluations with precision and credibility.
- Develop and present customized demos, trials, and solution architectures aligned with customer systems and workflows.
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery and solutioning with enterprise and mid-market clients across legal, IT, procurement, and operations sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to help shape solutions, tackle complex technical inquiries, and provide structured product feedback.
- Facilitate early implementation initiatives.
- Create reusable assets including demo flows, solution outlines, configuration templates, and enablement materials.
Who You Are
- 4–8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Implementation roles involving complex SaaS products.
- Demonstrated technical fluency in APIs, data models, integrations, architecture, and enterprise security fundamentals, coupled with a passion for AI.
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise customers and navigating multi-persona evaluations; an exceptional customer-facing professional.
- Outstanding communicator with the ability to distill complex concepts and engage in technical discussions confidently.
