The Solutions Consulting Team:

Our Solutions Consulting team serves as the vital link to our clients during both implementation and ongoing expansion. The Position:

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with both business and technology stakeholders of our clients to implement tailored solutions that drive their success on the Placements platform. Given our clients' unique requirements, you will encounter a diverse range of projects, ensuring that no two days are the same.

You will provide expert consultative recommendations based on customer needs regarding optimal usage and configuration of the Placements platform. Your role involves ensuring that solution designs and system deliverables meet the acceptance criteria established with the client. Additionally, you will configure and deliver customized product demonstrations throughout the implementation process and end-user training.

Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to guarantee customer success, and you will act as a customer advocate with our product team. A strong blend of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen is essential for this role.

Solutions Consultants must exhibit exceptional technical and business consulting skills to foster client relationships and serve as trusted advisors. You will demonstrate an understanding of project scope, align business functional requirements with system and technical specifications, and ensure that planning and solutions align with client business objectives while managing scope expectations.
