Solutions Engineering Team, GBG Americas
The Solutions Engineering team at GBG Americas is a dynamic and technically proficient group that plays a vital role in driving business growth. This team acts as a crucial link between our sophisticated identity, fraud, and verification technologies and the ever-changing needs of our clients.
Our Solutions Engineers serve as trusted partners, collaborating closely with the Sales team to craft and implement tailored solutions that address real-world challenges. With profound technical knowledge and a solid grasp of the sales process, they ensure that GBG’s offerings are effectively positioned and seamlessly integrated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technical capabilities with client goals.
- Support the entire sales lifecycle through compelling solution designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Drive strategic growth by converting complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Work Structure:
This position is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Some travel for customer meetings, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagements may be required (estimated up to 40%).
Your Role
We are in search of a Sales Solution Engineer who will bolster our sales teams by delivering business insights, technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and customized product presentations in the field of identity, fraud, and verification services. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of client needs.
What You Will Do
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and live demonstrations that illustrate how GBG’s solutions address intricate identity, fraud, and verification challenges.
- Lead the technical aspects of bids, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring that solution designs meet customer needs and position GBG favorably in the market.
- Address and resolve client concerns regarding product integration, configuration, and customization by working closely with internal technical teams.
