The Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Solutions Engineer to drive our enterprise growth.
In this pivotal role, you will connect our customers with our sales and product teams. By leveraging your in-depth understanding of the GitBook product and customer requirements, you'll enable both prospective and current customers to fully realize the value of our platform.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the technical expert for sales and prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of GitBook.
Engage in customer calls to uncover the core motivations behind their product needs and requests.
Synthesize customer feedback and provide valuable insights to our product team.
Oversee large-scale content migration projects.
Guide customers through our more technical features (e.g., Git sync, OpenAPI, Adaptive content).
Develop custom integrations to facilitate customer adoption.
Identify opportunities to scale your efforts across our broader customer base through documentation and guides, ensuring clarity on best practices and product capabilities.
