Material Security is on the lookout for a talented Solutions Engineer to enhance our engagement with potential clients in the SMB and Commercial sectors. As a key player in this role, you'll serve as the vital link between prospective customers and our dedicated teams in sales, engineering, product development, and design. Your cross-functional collaboration will be essential in delivering technical education, guidance, and support during the pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging discussions and product demonstrations that highlight our offerings, address client challenges, respond to inquiries, and effectively manage objections.
Lead customer evaluations by offering technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and expertise to ensure our solutions align with their unique requirements.
Advise customers on the seamless integration of our solutions into their existing systems.
Articulate market needs and relay product feedback to our Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to promote client retention and drive growth.

A strong interest in Email Threat Detection & Response.
Technical proficiency, backed by prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or solutions engineering.
Hands-on experience in configuring cybersecurity solutions, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, particularly in collaboration with clients in the cybersecurity sector.
