We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic education technologist to join us as a Solutions Engineer (SE). Your primary role will be to assist potential customers in evaluating the Instructure Learning Platform. This includes providing support for the assessment of Canvas LMS, Canvas Studio, Canvas Catalog, Canvas Credentials, and Impact by Instructure.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the main source of expertise for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include identifying deployment and technical challenges for designated accounts during the pre-sales phase, crafting innovative solutions tailored to specific use cases, and fostering strong relationships throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with your assigned Regional Directors (RDs) and play a crucial role in the sales cycle as a technical consultant and product champion, ensuring that customer requirements are thoughtfully considered to arrive at the best possible solutions.

This position is based in Europe and will work closely with our Regional Sales Representatives. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

This position can be performed remotely within the UK or as a hybrid option in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the value of the Instructure Learning Platform to various stakeholders, ranging from high-level discussions to technical deep dives.
  • Create and present customized product demonstrations that are engaging and easy to understand.
  • Identify and analyze customer-specific goals and challenges, aligning them with the appropriate platform solutions.
  • Evaluate technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs to determine the necessary Instructure solutions and services.
