We are currently in search of a Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the success of our sales presentations and the ongoing growth of our company. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside Fortune 500 enterprises, showcase our state-of-the-art AI-driven privacy technology, and contribute to the safeguarding of customer data globally while ensuring compliance with international privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPL.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate prospective customer needs to uncover requirements for privacy governance solutions.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders during sales meetings.
Clearly articulate the technical value proposition and unique capabilities to potential customers and partners.
Prepare and present proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and respond to requests for information (RFIs).
Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to create customized enterprise solutions.
Provide post-sales support, technical training, and assist with implementation follow-up.
