About the job

Centria Autism seeks a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician in Mesa, Arizona. This role centers on supporting children with autism and their families through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Daily work includes hands-on interaction with children, as well as regular collaboration with families and professionals involved in each child’s care.

What you will do

  • Follow individualized treatment plans to help children with autism reach developmental goals
  • Collect and document data on each child’s progress
  • Work closely with a team to support each child’s needs
  • Use Spanish language skills to communicate with families and bridge language barriers

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Interest in working with children with autism
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
