Qualifications

Strong passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrates patience, compassion, and excellent teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not conducted in the past year. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is necessary. Physical capability to perform various movements such as sitting, squatting, and bending. Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help teach critical communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel equipped to support each child, regardless of prior experience.
