Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home therapy tailored to the specific needs of adult clients with IDD.
Document therapy sessions and maintain regular communication with families and case managers to report on client progress.
Utilize and expand upon the resources provided to enhance therapy sessions.

As Texas's leading provider of adult IDD therapy, we collaborate closely with dayhab staff and families to support our inspiring clients aged 21 and older.
Work Environment:
We offer both in-person and teletherapy services, providing flexibility to our team.
As an SLP-Assistant, you will be expected to:
Treat a diverse range of speech and language disorders.
Implement detailed therapy plans to achieve specific short- and long-term goals.
Adapt to varying circumstances and collaborate effectively with supervisors and case managers.
Submit documentation within a 24-hour timeframe.
Uphold the confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
Maintain open lines of communication with families and case managers regarding therapy progress.
