Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive debugging and root cause analysis of SSD product challenges at the firmware, hardware, and system levels.
- Work collaboratively with design, firmware, software, and hardware teams to detect, isolate, and rectify defects.
- Engage directly with the SSD Controller vendor onsite, coordinating debugging efforts between both companies.
- Leverage advanced debugging tools and techniques (e.g., logs, analyzers, profilers) to diagnose failures and performance discrepancies.
- Facilitate issue resolution through thorough investigation and precise documentation of findings.
- Provide constructive feedback to development teams to enhance product durability and prevent issue recurrence.
- Stay informed about SSD architecture, protocols, and industry trends to refine debugging strategies.
- Assist in validation and bring-up activities by analyzing failures rather than developing test frameworks.
- Act as a technical resource for intricate problem-solving and mentor team members on best debugging practices.
- Collaborate closely with the team based in the United States.
