About the RoleWe are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of our web and mobile interfaces, establishing the benchmark for frontend engineering at Made. You will be responsible for critical aspects of the homeowner platform, mentoring fellow engineers, and working closely with product and design teams to provide intuitive, fast, and dependable user experiences. As one of our senior engineers, you will also influence technical strategy and best practices for our frontend stack as we expand. What You’ll DoFront-End Ownership: Direct all user-facing development across mobile (Flutter) and web (React/Next.js), ensuring superior quality and performance at scale. Architecture & Standards: Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and processes for swift, high-quality delivery. Feature Delivery: Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to roll out end-to-end features that delight our users. Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives for performance enhancement, monitoring, and debugging across platforms.
