Your collaboration with product and engineering leadership will bridge the divide between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our TypeScript-based serverless architecture on AWS is resilient, scalable, flexible, and innovative. This role is designed for a visionary who can balance in-depth coding with high-level system design and the mentorship of emerging talents.
What You’ll Do
- Architectural Stewardship: Design and oversee cloud-native, serverless software solutions that establish a benchmark for performance, availability, and scalability across the organization.
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Define the multi-year technical roadmap for CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft, Google) and plugin ecosystems, ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Lead the most complex projects with a broad scope, maintaining high productivity while managing dependencies across multiple engineering squads.
- Mentorship & Culture: Establish and uphold “best-in-class” engineering standards. Actively mentor senior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster an environment of continuous learning and rigorous testing.
- System Optimization: Drive deep-level performance tuning and optimization of the entire stack, from frontend efficiency to complex messaging and database integrations.
- Innovation: Advocate for AI-native development practices and serverless advancements on AWS to keep Showpad at the forefront of Sales Enablement technology.
- Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical systems, from initial requirements gathering through to automated deployment and seamless monitoring.
