In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proven experience in building scalable, reliable platform services for data-intensive applications. Strong skills in API design, data pipelines, and integrating security practices into platform development. Robust understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and performance optimization techniques. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of guiding engineering teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited for a cross-functional and remote work setting. A passion for continuous improvement and the adoption of modern development methodologies such as Agile and CI/CD.
