Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous, dependable, and innovative individual to join our team as a Staff Structural Engineer. In this role, you will spearhead field evaluations of industrial structures, analyze critical data, assess the root causes of failures, and execute analytical modeling and calculations. You will also develop comprehensive rehabilitation or replacement plans and specifications to ensure structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing structures in the field.
• Create detailed calculations and analytical models using steel, concrete, and various materials.
• Lead the design and implementation of structural rehabilitation and replacement plans.
• Specify materials and produce detailed reports.
• Provide technical support during the construction of structural projects.
• Engage with clients and assist in proposal and estimate development.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the field.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (P. E.) license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in STAAD/SAP, AISC, AWS, and familiar with AutoCAD.
• Management: Experience in client interaction and team mentoring preferred.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Individual field assignments may have specific requirements. To be deployed on any field assignment, candidates must meet all client-specific site requirements. These requirements may include:
• Physical mobility in various environments, including heights.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capacity to work at heights, including climbing ladders and stairways, while adhering to fall protection protocols.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, high-visibility vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
• Ability to navigate confined spaces as required.
