As the State Sales Manager at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all internal direct sales and marketing strategies within your designated state or region. You will lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring the achievement of key business objectives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all internal sales and marketing efforts within your region.
- Setting ambitious targets and forecasting sales results to drive conversions and enhance average order values.
- Upholding the company's brand integrity by training and supervising all customer-facing activities within your state.
- Creating and implementing innovative sales initiatives aimed at maximizing sales volume, profitability, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborating closely with Senior Growth Managers, Directors, and the Brand Team to execute localized marketing strategies that align with our core values.
- Safeguarding the company’s brand and values through strategic oversight.
- Partnering with brand and creative teams to foster customer loyalty and retention by ensuring that team leaders and sales representatives maintain brand image.
- Managing local direct sales teams across residential and event campaigns, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Developing the skills of local sales teams through targeted training and development initiatives.
- Establishing KPIs for all facets of the direct sales channel.
- Organizing and sourcing special events and opportunities for sales teams within your region.
