Sales Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Focus

  • Manage in-store sales processes, including returns and exchanges.
  • Enhance guest engagement and retention by maintaining updated client information and product feedback.

Business and Financial Acumen

  • Analyze key performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize business tools and personal insights to drive outstanding results.
  • Take accountability for store performance outcomes.

Network Building

  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Establish and nurture connections within the local community.

Operations Oversight

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee in-store fulfillment of customer orders, managing the picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Receive and manage scheduled inventory shipments.
  • Conduct cycle counts to audit inventory and address discrepancies.
  • Facilitate inventory transfers between stores or warehouses.
  • Adjust stock levels for various operational reasons.
  • Execute scheduled store inventories.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage cash procedures effectively, including register openings, closings, and deposits.
  • Foster a disciplined culture focused on operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
