Sales Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Focus

- Manage in-store sales processes, including returns and exchanges.
- Enhance guest engagement and retention by maintaining updated client information and product feedback.
Business and Financial Acumen
- Analyze key performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize business tools and personal insights to drive outstanding results.
- Take accountability for store performance outcomes.
Network Building
- Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the leadership team.

Operations Oversight
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee in-store fulfillment of customer orders, managing the picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Receive and manage scheduled inventory shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts to audit inventory and address discrepancies.
- Facilitate inventory transfers between stores or warehouses.
- Adjust stock levels for various operational reasons.
- Execute scheduled store inventories.
Operational Excellence
- Manage cash procedures effectively, including register openings, closings, and deposits.
- Foster a disciplined culture focused on operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
