Role overview
The Stores Onboarding Manager oversees the full onboarding journey for new enterprise merchants. This includes managing each launch, refining onboarding processes, and introducing improvements to make integration more efficient and scalable.
What you will do
- Lead onboarding for high-value enterprise merchants, handling detailed API/SFTP integrations and platform setup from start to finish.
- Create, document, and standardize onboarding procedures and frameworks to ensure each launch is efficient, compliant, and ready to scale.
- Act as the main point of contact for new merchants, providing in-store training and ongoing support during the onboarding phase.
