Required Skills and Experience 5-10 years of demonstrated success in selling enterprise software solutions and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition. Experience in solution selling within the disruptive data infrastructure technology sector. Solid understanding of modern data infrastructure, including the open-source community and various enterprise software products (business intelligence, analytics, ETL, cloud infrastructure, etc.). Proven ability to engage with CXO-level clients and successfully articulate technology's business value.

In this exciting position, you will be tasked with securing new business and enhancing existing relationships with large strategic clients. You'll cultivate and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, consistently achieving multi-million dollar deals, and employing a value-based selling strategy that connects our innovative technology with tangible business results. Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement strategic territory and account plans to meet revenue targets effectively.
  • Manage multiple customer sales cycles concurrently, focusing on acquiring new logos while navigating intricate deal timelines.
  • Take ownership of expanding large, strategic customer accounts, adeptly managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing teams to refine deal strategies and drive pipeline generation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Channel partners to bolster pipeline development and co-selling initiatives.
  • Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our software offerings and communicate their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build strong connections with key decision-makers and influencers within your designated territory.
  • Travel as needed within the assigned territory to support customer engagement and sales efforts.
