Role Mission: As the Strategic Account Executive, you will be pivotal in propelling LeagueApps’ growth by attracting new, high-value sports organizations and enhancing our footprint within existing, intricate accounts. This role emphasizes building and managing a self-sourced pipeline, leading comprehensive consultative sales processes, and cultivating long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at major youth and community sports organizations. Your strategic and disciplined approach to sales will encompass identifying opportunities, managing multi-stakeholder buying processes, negotiating complex contracts, and delivering tangible value to our partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a self-sourced pipeline, generating 60–70% of leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Lead the full-cycle, consultative sales process for deals averaging $50K–$500K+ ACV and 3–6 month sales cycles.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand each organization’s objectives, challenges, and operational intricacies.
- Provide customized demos and proposals that establish LeagueApps as a strategic technology and business ally.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring 3x+ coverage against revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and maximize partner satisfaction.
